What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the President’s complex calendar, prioritizing internal, external, and personal commitments
- Independently execute day-to-day responsibilities while maintaining clear communication on status and updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, representing the President with professionalism and credibility
- Prepare the President for meetings by developing agendas and briefing materials, and anticipating questions
- Maintain organized systems to track priorities, decisions, and action items across multiple workstreams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or founders in U.S.-based technology companies or high-growth startups
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate independently in high-expectation environments while maintaining proactive communication
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex calendars and competing priorities
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information

- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern collaboration tools
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency in executive support roles
