What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, including managing calendars and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and assist in logistics for executive meetings and events
- Screen and prioritize communications for the executive, including calls and emails
- Maintain and update office records, directories, and reports for the executive
- Mentor and train other administrative assistants in office procedures and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically 5 or more years of related administrative assistant experience, with at least 3 years in an executive support role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to operate personal computers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management and external parties
- Decision-making skills to evaluate and implement solutions to office management issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proven ability to lead and train administrative team members
- Familiarity with corporate procedures and policies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with budget management and expense reporting
