      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex scheduling and communications for the CEO and senior executives
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
      - Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations
      - Assist with special projects, research, and analysis as needed
      - Liaise between the CEO, leadership team, employees, and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or a combination of education and experience
      - 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior leadership
      - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
