      We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to join the executive team.

      Position Overview

      The executive assistant provides administrative sup port to the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company: This position will be responsible for managing the executive office, working closely with the executive team on key projects, schedules, deadlines, regulatory documents, and reporting. The executive assistant initiates and assumes primary responsibility for the executive office activities which will support the overall effectiveness of the organization.

      This position cultivates key business partnerships at all levels of the organization that are collaborative and acts as the point of contact between the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, executive team, and external stakeholders, including clients, and regulatory agencies.

      The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, demonstrate expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, and have strong organizational and planning skills. This role has best-in-class professional, administrative and customer service skills, is proactive, extremely organized, possesses a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

      Candidate Qualifications:

      • An associate degree in related disciplines such as management or business, or five (5) to seven (7) years of executive administrative experience
      • Health care or social services sector experience is preferred
      • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, and other related technology applications including project management platforms
      • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively navigate across all levels of an organization with diplomacy and professionalism
      • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

      Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000
