Job Description

- Extensive diary management for both Directors ensuring effective time management in what is usually a fast- moving environment , working to key timelines in the Corporate Finance calendar, and adapting to changing priorities as required.
- Manage the Director s’ papers and documents to ensure they are fully prepared for all appointments .
- Organi s e and prepare complex documentation, often requiring the collation of information from a number of different individuals or departments .
- Take notes and compose correspondence to a high standard .
- Ensure that all documents and information within the Director s’ office s are both accessible and secur e .
- Take responsibility for the coordination of projects or discreet pieces of work as directed by the Director within agreed guidelines .
- Screen and redirect incoming messages and use own initiative to alert the Director s of issues of high importance as they arise .
- Manage the Directors ’ travel, including arranging international and local travel: flights, trains, hotels, and detailed itineraries .
- Provide cover for other EAs as required from time to time to cover periods of holiday or absence .
- Significant proven experience of operating in a similar role that requires a high level of commercial understanding within a complex environment .
- Experience in liaising effectively with senior executives internally and externally .
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and initiative .
- Highly organi s ed, able to prioriti s e and forward plan, and remain calm under pressure .
- Good interpersonal and communication skills ( written and spoken ) with a pleasant, professional manner .
- Assertive, resilient, and able to manage strong personalities .
- IT skills – Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook .
- Flexibility in working hours . A self-motivated individual with the ability to work alone under minim al supervision and direction but also serve as an integral member of the Director s’ L eadership T eam s .

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide an effective and efficient support service to the Group Finance Director (plus one other executive) , ensuring the smooth running of the ir respective teams . You will need to have a high level of professional discretion, tact, and integrity due to the frequency of senior internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential and commercially sensitive data. You will also be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative and be able to conduct work with minimal guidance.
Location: Windsor, UK with travel as required
