      Who we are looking for…

      FH seeks an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) that will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-Level Executives in executing their responsibilities. Responsible for liaising between the C-Level Executives and their senior management and teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The qualified EA will have at least 5+ years of related experience supporting C-level executives in an executive assistant role. or VP-level positions. The qualified candidate will also have experience with managing projects in various capacities. A successful candidate will be/have the following:

      • Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.

      What you’ll do…

      As the EA, you will:

      Executive Support

      • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events for multiple C-Level Executives.

      • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.

      • Prepares presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of the organization's objectives.

      • Liaises with project leads and reports on progress versus plan to track the status of all projects sponsored by C-level executives or other leaders within their organizational chart.

      • Drafts, prepares, and proofreads correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings/communications, and other partner-related materials.


      • Support communications and interaction between the C-Level Executive and strategic relationships inside and outside of the organization.

      • Coordinate various aspects of travel, domestic and international, for the Chief and other members of the Chief’s leadership team.

      • Coordinates, plans, and organizes small-to-large-scale meetings.
