  Job Summary

  The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all kitchen operations and ensuring meal preparation aligns with corporate standards and guidelines.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and adjusts menus based on established standards

  • Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use

  • Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for all kitchen areas

  • Manages inventory to ensure availability and cost control

  • Ensures compliance with all health and sanitation regulations

  • Performs additional duties as assigned

  Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3–5 years of progressive kitchen/culinary management experience

  • Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

  • Extensive catering experience preferred

  • High-volume foodservice experience strongly preferred

  • ServSafe certification highly preferred
