      Handling Inbound / Outbound Air & Sea Shipments.

      Inbound Air :-

      • Receiving email of pre alerts from customers and acknowledging the email immediately.
      • Checking the correctness of pre-alert documents and sharing the same immediately or max within 2 hrs of receipt of email.
      • Pre-alert to be shared with concerned LSP with cc to Customs Clearance & bcc to warehouse team. Communicate with LSP / Clearance team for timely filing of BOE/DO collection & for speedy movement of Shipments from Airport.

      TAT within 2 days. For non-movement of shipment above 2 days same to be highlighted to respective CS manager/ in PD meeting and follow-up till movement of shipment from Airport is complete.

      • Any issue at Airport for damage/short cargo to be communicated to respective customer with cc to CS manager , Site manager & Site Head on immediate basis
      • After receipt of shipment at warehouse,OOC copy to be shared with respective customers
      • CS to follow-up with warehouse team for GRN.
      • Any discrepancy if found in GRN like short /excess /damage cargo received ,to be communicated to respective customer with cc to CS manager, Site manager & Operations manager on immediate basis
      • All above details to be updated in DSR and shared with respective customers on a daily basis by EOD.
      • Daily number pre-alerts shared details to be shared with CS manager/ Site head

      Inbound Sea ( FCL/LCL) :-

      Inbound DTA Shipment :-

      Outbound DTA

      • Receiving email of pre alerts from customers and acknowledging the email immediately.

      Checking the correctness of pre-alert documents w r t as per Annexure -1 and sharing the same immediately or max within 2 hrs of receipt of email.

      • Pre-alert/ DA/ Commercial Invoice to be shared with concerned LSP Customs Clearance with bcc to warehouse team and Transportation team. Details as per Annexure -2.
      • Communicate to warehouse team for Pick list to be given to Customs Clearance team.
      • Follow up with Customs Clearance team for checklist preparation.
      • Checklist to be shared by Customs Clearance with Customer and call for Duty Call. Payment.

      ( CS will be in loop)

      • For Duty payment /DD preparation follow with Finance. Daily before 3:30 pm DD to be prepared
      • Follow up with Customs Clearance / LSP for OOC copy and share OOC copy with customer on immediate basis.
      • Communicate with customer for Vehicle placement & E-way bill if Customer is placing the vehicle

      Ensure Vehicle placement by customer is before 4:00 pm. Else OT will be applicable.

      • Communicate details of Vehicle with Transport department for gate in ( TAT of gate entry 30 min ) & warehouse team for loading.
      • In case we are placing vehicle details to be given to Transport department for Placement of vehicle.

      Details to be shared latest by 6:00 pm for next day dispatch.

      • All above details to be updated in DSR and shared with respective customers on a daily basis by EOD.
      • Daily number pre-alerts shared details to be shared with CS manager/ Site head

      Day Plan for dispatches to be updated on a daily basis and shared in mail & discussed
