      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals across various practice groups
      - Manage client billing processes, including reviewing and editing pre-bills
      - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls while maintaining calendars
      - Communicate effectively with team members regarding project statuses and deadlines
      - Assist in maintaining attorney and client records, including email and electronic documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm environment
      - High school diploma or GED certification
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong time management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MS365 and proofreading
      - Demonstrated growth mindset and participation in innovation initiatives
      - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
      - Excellent transcription skills
