      The Executive Office resolves customer issues escalated to the CEO and other members of Senior Management along with issues escalated externally to regulators such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency or Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

      This full time position is responsible for managing, investigating, and responding to a high volume of sensitive, complex customer concerns via phone. This position is also responsible for partnering with various company-wide departments to resolve these issues along with tracking case information in a complaint database.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • This role requires 50% to 100% phone based customer interaction.
      • Consistently handles complex customer issues related to Regulatory complaints, Congressional Inquiries, Media Issues, Legal issues, and Executive Inquiries.
      • Communicates directly with Senior Executives and Senior Partners in order to resolve High Profile cases and situations.
      • Applies appropriate tools available to handle customer needs and resolves issues in a timely manner.
      • Documents information appropriately as required by Executive Office processes and procedures (data input and reporting).
      • Communicates professionally with customers and with all lines of business across all regions.
      • Takes initiative to become and remain knowledgeable about company's continually changing products and services.

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

      • Minimum of three years customer service experience - Strong Customer Focus
      • Strong time management skills - must be able to multi-task and be detailed oriented
      • Strong verbal and written communications skills
      • Strong Problem Solving Skills
      • In depth knowledge of Chase products and services
      • Flexible and able to adapt to changing environment and goals
      • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)

      Schedule:

      Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm (Hybrid Schedule: Mon - Wed Onsite / Thur, Fri WFH)
