      Executive Officer - Housing

      Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Executive Officer to provide Executive Assistant support to the Corporate Director for Housing.

      Success in this important role will be driven by your personal style, competencies and ability. We welcome applications from all fields who can demonstrate their skills as a highly skilled professional PA with experience working at Director level.

      You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills, due to the nature of the roles you will be dealing with external stakeholders and drafting correspondence for the Corporate Director, lead on co-ordinating key business activities across the Directorate and line managing a small team.

      You will have experience of managing a busy diary, prioritising and scheduling meetings as required, taking minutes and action points, ensuring systems and processes are in place for effective office management and developing key business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As well as responding to residents ensuring that their queries are directed to the correct officer.

      You must be highly motivated and organised. You must also be able to work at pace, and often to tight deadlines. You need to be able to forward plan, use your initiative, and you must have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will have experience of administering high level board meetings, advanced pc skills, along with using MS applications software packages, which is essential.

      You will be able to demonstrate your initiative in this role and ensure you deliver excellent customer service to improve the customer experience. You will enjoy working directly with customers & stakeholders to provide an excellent service and recognise the importance of first-class communication skills to help deliver a fast, effective and quality service to meet all our customer’s needs.

      Full time 36 hours per week
