      The Executive Operations Manager is a member of a senior executive's Chief of Staff organization. The Executive Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of the organization's operational tasks and initiatives, and is the lead driver of operational excellence within the Chief of Staff org and with the SLT member for a ~4000 FTE org. This role supports coordinating and maximizing the impact of resources enterprise wide. Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of tasks including the planning and execution of administrative and operational activities, such as internal communications (employee focused presentations, event planning, resource organization, etc.), coordinating the lead team, rewards & recognition initaitives, among other items. This position offers a broad view of the entire organization and the ability to have an impact at the highest level of the company. This role is responsible for executive support of the organizations Senior Leadership Team including, ensuring that “no balls are dropped”. It requires a high degree of drive and a proactive nature. This role coordinates and assists with projects of high importance and visibility, requiring a high degree of business acumen, discretion, urgency, and project management skills.

      Job Responsibilities:
    • Assist in organizing and planning of operational tasks for the organization, including but not limited to: Senior Leadership Team engagements and presentations with employees and other stakeholders; Creating leader communications and content, including social media content; Event planning and execution; Management of department tools and resources (SharePoint, etc.); Senior Leadership Team persona/brand and project management
    • Serve as a contributing member of the Chief of Staff team by assisting with internal project management, building tools and resources that help drive process improvement, and standardizing project management within the department
    • Interface and partner with a broad base of leaders, their proxies, and key functional experts, navigating the nuances of relationships and business ownership/authority across an array of functions
    • Manage various ad-hoc projects with high importance to the department/function
    • Assist in ensuring top priority active projects within the office they support are appropriately prioritized, keeping leadership/stakeholders apprised of all matters of significance requiring attention.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
    • Work Experience:
    • 4-7 years Business planning experience for an enterprise-level senior executive (Required)
    • 4-7 years Program Management experience. (Required)
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward and cross functionally. (Required)
    • Financial Planning Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results. (Required)
    • Enterprise Acumen: Strong organizational skills at the Executive levels. Shown understanding of high-performing organizations. Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve. (Required)
    • Cross Functional Relationships Proven ability to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company. (Required)
    • Problem Solving Comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity, seeking solutions and problem solving (Required)

      Washington Pay Range : $106,000.00 - $143,400.00

      The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
