- Staying current on production partners that work with the agency’s model of being agile and cost effective, as well as delivering on creative excellence.
- Establishing productive relationships with the Creative, Strategy, Business, Experience, Financial, Project Management, and Contracting leads.
- Working with teams across agencies, departments, and disciplines to elevate the creative expectations of the client.
- Key point of contact for clients while in production, showing leadership, professionalism, and sensitivity while understanding the business problems we are solving for them.
- Stepping in on the team’s productions to troubleshoot complex situations (cancellations, internal issues, client challenges, creative resources).
- Seeking production solutions that support the larger agency vision, financial objectives, and creative needs.
- Investing in and creating opportunities for emerging production talent both at the agency and within the industry, understanding that diversity and inclusion is expected. This initiative includes mentoring, training, reviewing, and partnering with the resource manager on the utilization of a team of producers, in addition to recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Strong grasp of the international production landscape, implementing the best practices, techniques, and technologies to achieve greater efficiency and creative excellence.
- 12+ years experience in production required
- Solid expertise in producing 360-degree integrated campaigns with a focus on traditional media, digital, and experiential
- Strong grasp of best-in-class production strategies and guidelines
- Highly organized team leader who can mentor and train, as well as produce the larger projects
- Knowledge of existing, evolving, and entirely new content platforms
- Strong knowledge of business affairs, talent/SAG, and legal parameters around production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with scoping OOP/fee projections for client budgets
- Must be able to multi-task in a complex work environment

This position is Executive Producer of Team DDB, a DDB-led integrated agency team (IAT) for one of the largest accounts in our network: the U.S. Army. Widely considered the most advanced IAT within Omnicom, Team DDB is at the forefront of converging brand storytelling and performance marketing, providing a master class in both business leadership and modern marketing techniques across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Our creative campaigns skillfully thread the needle between art and science. The U.S. Army business serves as an accelerator of careers, positioning its agency leaders for huge leaps forward in growth and opportunity.
The Executive Producer will manage business, lead and mentor a team of integrated producers across multiple agencies, and execute projects to a best-in-class creative standard. They will be the key production point of contact for a large team of clients, senior account members, and senior creatives, partnering with the lead creative on a shared vision of concept and craft. The person selected will be charged with articulating production strategy and guidelines to navigate the current integrated media landscape, including large-scale video, experiential, digital, and social, and should possess the ability to lead strict bidding standards, complex negotiations, and detailed documentation for a highly regulated client. An agile and experienced leader, problem-solver, and creative standard-bearer will thrive in this position.
