      As our Executive Recruitment Manager, you will join a small but effective team and help attract the best talent to our leadership teams across all business units. You will be responsible for executing search work directly, as well as owning and directly managing relationships with our preferred external search firms. Whether the search is performed directly or via a third-party supplier, it is the responsibility of the Executive Recruitment Manager to ensure we have a robust and thorough process in place.

      What you'll do

      You will be a key member of the Executive Recruitment Team, responsible for attracting top talent to our leadership teams across all business units. Working closely with Heads of HR, Talent Leaders, and Hiring Managers, you will develop strong partnerships to support and fulfil their executive-level recruitment requirements. With deep expertise in all aspects of executive search, including candidate sourcing, generation and development, shortlisting presentations, and stakeholder management, you will ensure a robust and thorough recruitment process.

      Additionally, you will provide a high-level candidate experience, championing a candidate-led culture from initial engagement to onboarding. Your research background and knowledge of the UK employment landscape will help you develop attraction strategies and maintain a strong external network to stay abreast of industry best practices and market trends. Overall, your commitment to exceptional candidate and stakeholder relationship management, passion for diversity in recruitment, and strong communication and influencing skills will contribute to the success of the Executive Recruitment function at Sainsbury's.

      Who you are

      You are a highly experienced recruitment professional and have an interest in Retail / FMCG industries. With a background in executive search or senior appointments, you possess comprehensive expertise in all aspects of executive recruitment, from candidate sourcing and development to stakeholder management and offer negotiations. Your commitment to building diverse talent pipelines and providing exceptional candidate and stakeholder relationship management sets you apart. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you excel in building strong internal and external networks, collaborating with senior leaders, and influencing decision-making. Your passion for talent acquisition, curiosity about the external market, and knowledge of best-in-class sourcing techniques contribute to the success of our leadership recruitment strategies.
