What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in executive search or healthcare sales
- Proven track record of generating client leads and closing deals
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and effectively pitch value
- Strong desire for autonomy and high income potential
- Capability to work independently while appreciating structured support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- History of successful placements in healthcare executive recruitment
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or related fields
- Established network within the healthcare industry
