Job Description
- Req#: 25-00062
- Resource will perform hands-on maintenance/update of complex MS Project plan for a multiyear program, and will be responsible for transcribing information from Jira to MS Project
- Utilize the Office Timeline Pro+ plugin to generate/updated reports/views utilizing information in the MS Project
- Work in Mural to upkeep multiple views generated using Office Timeline Pro+/MS Project, and draw in dependencies into views as highlighted in Jira.
- Hands on working in Jira Advanced Roadmap to maintain milestones, epics, tasks and dependencies across the program. As dates and deliverables change, resource should be able to identify impacts to other systems & highlight to the Clinical IT PMO Technical Project Managers.
- Consolidate information from Technical Project Managers, Product Managers and Product Line Leads into Jira and MS Project adding dependencies
- Collect and disseminate relevant information effectively within Clinical IT PMO Technical Project Managers, Product line Technical Project Managers, and Business Project Managers
- Maintain Clinical IT PMO Confluence page with current information
- Maintain program-level Action, Risk and Decision Logs in Jira
- Schedule meetings, and able to take real time meeting minutes notes (general notes, action items, decisions)

- Abel to work independently as well as with other PMO team members
- Proficiency in English- speaking, reading and writing skills, able to clearly summarize the meeting points
- Collaborative , able to work with IT and Clinical Trial Business folks
