      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze power projects and provide actionable conclusions and recommendations for project stakeholders
      - Advise power project developers on utility-scale solar, wind, battery energy storage, and other projects
      - Evaluate new power and infrastructure projects to support financing
      - Model economic, technical, and market scenarios for grid operators and utilities
      - Develop planning studies and business cases for utilities, power producers, and government agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or civil/structural engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
      - Experience working on power or transmission projects is a plus
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
      - Proven project planning, leadership, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in an engineering discipline or business (e.g., MBA)
      - Relevant coursework or experience in technical report writing and data analysis
      - Knowledge of construction project management and scheduling software
      - Experience in project finance or business acumen
      - Multi-discipline teamwork experience on design projects or co-ops
