What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, test, and implement assigned system applications
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure Epic software to meet client needs
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions for Epic applications
- Modify procedures to address complex data processing challenges
- Participate in on-call support rotation for critical end-user needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent required for the Epic Analyst level; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required for Senior Analyst level
- Minimum of 2 years of direct Epic application build experience required for Analyst level
- Minimum of 5 years of collective experience as an Epic Associate Analyst and/or Epic Analyst required for Senior Analyst level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Must obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as an Epic Beaker Analyst is highly desired
- At least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications for Senior Analyst level
