      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Dispatch loads for owner-operators, ensuring timely booking, tracking, and delivery coordination

      - Proven experience as a freight dispatcher with a strong background in recruiting new owner-operators
      - Ability to place drivers with companies as a driver recruiter
      - An American phone line for reliable communication with drivers and clients
      - High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational skills and proficiency with load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop), CRM systems, and Google Workspace
      - A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear, professional communication
