What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Dispatch loads for owner-operators, ensuring timely booking, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Recruit new owner-operators to expand the network, leveraging expertise to attract top talent
- Place drivers with trucking companies as a driver recruiter, matching candidates to opportunities
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone, email, and text to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Proven experience as a freight dispatcher with a strong background in recruiting new owner-operators
- Ability to place drivers with companies as a driver recruiter
- An American phone line for reliable communication with drivers and clients
- High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop), CRM systems, and Google Workspace
- A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear, professional communication
