What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for Epic applications
- Collaborate with Epic representatives, application coordinators, supervisors, and end users to configure software to meet needs
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to address end-user issues
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems
- Support and maintain lab analyzer middleware and blood bank applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MLS or MT experience with proficiency in EPIC applications
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS(ASCP)) or equivalent certification
- Epic analyst experience highly preferred
- Ability to acquire Epic Proficiency within three months of hire
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for Senior Analyst level

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of collective experience as a Medical Technologist, including Epic experience
- At least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications
- Willingness to attend classes in Verona, WI for Epic Certification
