What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for assigned Epic system applications
- Consult with Epic representatives, application coordinators, supervisors, and end users to configure and build Epic software
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to meet client and hospital specifications for Epic applications
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems
- Support upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab analyzer middleware and blood bank applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS(ASCP)) or equivalent (AMT, NCA, military, or MT(ASCP))
- Experience as a Medical Technologist with proficiency in Epic applications
- For Senior Analyst level: 5 years of collective experience in laboratory applications and services
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Required to hold at least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic analyst experience highly preferred
- Willingness to acquire Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire
