      The Operational Excellence team within the COO Finance organisation of ING is looking for a Lead Portfolio management!

      Your new role

      As a Lead Portfolio Management you work closely with numerous stakeholders (Global Services circles, Tribes, Business partners, ING Hubs, KPMG etc) to optimise and innovate the portfolio management within the COOF organisation. You will coordinate the QBR process and monitor the change portfolio for the Global Services. You are therefore constantly looking for new technologies, tools and/or market developments (within and outside ING) to improve your service and ensure it is future-proof.

      As a Lead Portfolio Management, you determine impact of proposed changes and take timely decisions, in line with the organization’s long-term strategy and KPIs. You monitor service levels performance, identify bottlenecks and take timely actions to structurally solve them. You manage to get your message across and are not scared of facing resistance. You are the ambassador of the Global Services vision across COOF organization and beyond and stakeholders see you as a valuable partner to achieve common goals. Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills are therefore a key to fulfilling the role of a Lead Portfolio Management successfully.

      What you’ll do

      • Responsible for portfolio management and related processes within the GS domain
      • Cross-circle & outside GS oriented - work with various stakeholders (Business Partners, Tribes, Global Services Circles, ING Hubs) to align on strategies
      • Support the MT in steering by providing insights into the organization’s performance and setting priority to improve it
      • Make use of new technology, standards, tools and/or market developments within and outside ING Use data analytics to determine improvements
      • Optimize Data Quality
      • Determine impact and drive decisions, in line with the organization’s long-term strategy & KPIs
      • Service governing & backlog management
      • Support onboarding of new business to the organization
      • Be SOX and PCS FRR compliant
      • Provide Knowledge Management

      Furthermore, you have:

      • (University) degree in relevant field
      • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
      • Strong process management skills – e.g. Green belt or similar degree
      • Sound knowledge of the COOF Tribe and GS processes
      • Affinity with IT systems
      • KPI driven and agile mindset
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills and stakeholder management
      • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
      • Ability to act and perform successfully with a clear vision in a fast-moving international environment
