What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and produce white papers, articles, and case studies while staying updated on national medical news
- Create speeches, talking points, and presentations to highlight research publications and clinical trials
- Conduct research on healthcare policy, population health trends, and value-based care models
- Write and edit internal and external publications, providing support to providers and executive leadership
- Attend and present research at professional conferences and symposiums
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in public health, population health, epidemiology, healthcare, communication, scientific writing, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in public health, population health, healthcare communication, or scientific writing
- Exceptional writing, researching, editing, and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD degree in public health, population health, epidemiology, healthcare, communication, scientific writing, or related field
- Experience in public health, healthcare administration, scientific writing, research, and communications related to health systems or academic institutions
