What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and produce white papers, articles, and case studies on various healthcare topics
- Create speeches, presentations, and talking points to highlight research publications and clinical trials
- Conduct research on healthcare policy, population health trends, and innovations
- Collaborate with marketing to recommend public events and print releases for research dissemination
- Provide writing support for institutional reports and donor communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in public health, population health, epidemiology, healthcare, communication, scientific writing, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in relevant fields such as public health or scientific writing
- Strong writing, researching, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD degree in public health, population health, epidemiology, healthcare, communication, scientific writing, or related field
- Experience in public health, healthcare administration, or research within large organizations
- Strong relationship-building skills and exceptional presentation abilities
