What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements, particularly related to Salesforce capabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related enhancements and configurations
- Lead the refinement of user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are well-defined for development
- Collaborate across teams to identify business challenges and align on project scope and priorities
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and business rules focused on Salesforce architecture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience in Salesforce
- Proven ability to gather and translate Salesforce-related business requirements into technical documentation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects, flows, and validation rules
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Agile teams, including participation in sprint planning and backlog refinement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional enterprise tools such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP
