What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements and user needs
- Lead the refinement of user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined for development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope and business challenges
- Create and maintain documentation including user stories, process flows, and data mappings with a focus on Salesforce architecture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience
- Proven ability to gather and refine business requirements related to Salesforce and translate them into technical documentation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects, flows, and validation rules
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Agile teams, including participation in sprint planning and backlog refinement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional enterprise tools such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP
