      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with insurance agents and financial advisors
      - Promote and sell products and services to achieve profitability goals through suggestive sales techniques
      - Conduct training seminars both in-person and online
      - Maintain detailed notes in AMS/CRM systems on prospects and customers
      - Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
      - Life Insurance License
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

      - Experience in mentoring or training new representatives
      - Knowledge of cross-selling techniques
      - Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
