What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and design specifications for Customer system solutions using Facets
- Analyze and troubleshoot batch processes related to Claims and Provider systems
- Mentor less experienced analysts and collaborate with requirement teams on system needs
- Conduct requirements meetings with stakeholders and perform root cause analysis on defects
- Drive automation efforts in current operational systems to enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in full life cycle software development, including SQL/Script development
- 4-6 years of experience with TriZetto Facets systems and at least 2 years in a lead role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on SQL experience
- Good knowledge of Healthcare processes and EDI formats like 837, 835, and 277
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing or modifying stored procedures in Oracle/SQL Server
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey analysis trends effectively
