What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct on-site facilities life-cycle assessments to inventory core assets
- Manage data collection for multiple clients across various industries
- Analyze data to provide insights and solutions to client problems
- Communicate with clients to understand their data and institutional context
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations utilizing key technologies to communicate findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
- Ability to accurately identify building components with training
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Proven success in working collaboratively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Facilities Management and/or Planning and Construction
- Preferred knowledge of OSHA/building codes
- Ability to read construction documents
