      Facilities Assistant Manager:

      We’re looking for a team player who can communicate clearly to join our Operations Group as a full-time non-exempt Facilities Assistant Manager to be On Mission Together, to provide NC Baptist ministries, staff, and committees with excellent operational support in a manner that honors Christ.

      As the Facilities Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for mail delivery disbursement, assist in organization and supervision of facility needs, carry out emergency actions, and process payments to outside vendors.

      Requirements and Responsibilities

      Requirements :

      • High school diploma. Two-year associate business degree preferred.
      • Some building operation experience is preferred.

      Highlighted Responsibilities :

      • Creating and maintaining policies and procedures for mail production management within the building.
      • Assistance in any setups, building maintenance, day-to-day operations, and transportation needs.
      • Assist in execution of safety guidelines and provision of supervision while manager is out.

      Flexible Spending Account (FSA) :

      • Pre-tax benefit account used to help pay for eligible medical, dental, vision care expenses that are not covered by insurance. Convention will contribute 499.98 to 999.96 per year depending upon employee contribution.

      Gym Membership Reimbursement :

      • Reimbursement of $10.00/month to offset cost of verified gym membership.

      Paid Time Off :

      • While getting the primary holidays off (8 total), the convention goes beyond this by offering an extra day after Thanksgiving and a full week off for Christmas, which is not counted against your vacation leave.

      Christmas Bonus :

      • There may be a chance that some or all employees may be presented with an amount determined by the discretion of the Executive Committee.

      Paid Parental Leave :

      • Eligible employee’s may receive up to two (2) weeks of paid parental leave following the birth of a child or placement of a child (adoption or foster).

      Maternity Leave :

      • Special Short Term Disability is eligible for up to six (6) weeks of paid short-term disability leave at the rate of 100% of the employee’s salary.
      • These benefits provide the employee with up to eight (8) weeks of fully paid leave to care for the birth of a child.
