      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project management for complex, high-priority projects across multiple teams
      - Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; track progress to ensure financial success and timely completion
      - Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as the primary liaison between all project parties
      - Monitor progress, manage change requests, execute risk management, and maintain quality standards
      - Foster ongoing positive relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional service to secure future work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering; electrical or mechanical preferred
      - A minimum of 8 years of project experience in the AEC industry, with a strong preference for experience in facilities design in the healthcare market
      - Demonstrated ability in managing projects and client relationships
      - Strong communication skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
