- Assist establishing internal controls and audit programs for special projects.
- Assist determining efficient use of funds, manpower, and resources.
- Assist identifying actual or potential problem areas, trends, or similar factors.
- Monitor use and rate of expenditure for budgeted funds.
- Assist in ensuring milestones are met.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Experience assisting in planning and coordinating sizable projects;
- Experience assisting higher graded specialist with financial advisories;
- Experience assisting in monitoring fiscal progress throughout the entire project; and/or
- Experience assisting in developing data required to complete various technical reports.

About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as a Facilities Improvement Specialist that assists the project manager for all installation repair projects and other funded improvement projects, located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, which is a subordinate installation of JMC.

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D.in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: any major field of study. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.About the company
