What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform portfolio data management, project management, and statistical reporting
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop and update space layout and construction drawings
- Conduct site visits to collect space allocation data and validate layout and utilization
- Manage program files and track project services, budget allocations, and expenditures
- Liaise with vendors to generate furniture designs, specifications, and project updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a federal government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of six years of experience in related analytical and support activities
- Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of six years of project management experience in related work
- Minimum of six years of experience writing Statements of Work (SOW)
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of the General Services Administration (GSA) procurement process and procedures
