- Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $19.19 u00A0for 0 years of experience u00A0 and $23.98.u00A0 n
- This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment. n
- Paid Family Leave: Eligible staff may receive up to 8 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child, based on their tenure with the organization and caregiver designation. n
- Tuition Reimbursement: Staff members may apply for up to u200B 50% of tuition paid toward a qualifying degree program, up to $5,250 maximum per year subject to manager discretion and budget availability. n
- Employer-Paid Mental/Behavioral Health: 5 face-to-face counseling sessions within a year, unlimited 24/7 telephonic counseling, and other work-life services available at no cost. n

- Education:u00A0 HS diploma or GED is required n
- Experience: M inimum of 2 year s of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction is required n
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience directly managing or leading a team is required n
- Experience:u00A0 Ability and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is required n
- License or Certification: u00A0 Certifications /Licenses in any of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical , Plumbing is preferred n
- Language:u00A0 Written and Oral Bilingual English/Spanish is p referred n
- Achieve an A rating in the Facilities Comprehensive Audit from Beginning of Year (BOY) through the last day of school n
- C omplete the Facilities QuickStart checklist to ensure school readiness at the start of the school year n
- 100 % of required Safe Schools and Roadmap training s are completed prior to the deadline n
- All chemicals on-hand locked n
- Campus received a proficient score of higher (3+) on the Campus Safety Scorecard n
- Serve as the financial steward for campus facilities and maintenance operations by generating a 10% surplus over budgeted allocation n
- Improve continuously and execute operations efficiently by generating a 5% annual saving in utilities expense n
- Manage overtime according to the established targets to ensure payroll costs fall within budget n
- Business partner with campus leaders for capital expenditure (CapEx) projects n
- Work with APO and Principals to identify facilities needs and develop a plan accordingly n
- Provide timely CapEx quotations to improve facilities for each school n
- Increase development and training of staff through weekly check-ins and daily huddles n
- Ensure that at least one custodian has been groomed to take on the Facilities Manager role within 18 months n
- Work with approved vendors to ensure timely issuance of services n
- Maintain budget accuracy by entering requisitions within goal timeframe n
- 100% adherence to the IDEA Procurement Policy with zero violations n
- Operate a clean and healthy campus that guarantees an enhanced learning environment n
- Deploy team to efficiently resolve issues submitted n
- Zero unexcused absences n
