- Coordinate repair and maintenance work assignments
- Manage moves, adds, and change activities
- Review proposals for procurement of equipment and services
- Monitor daily work order report
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience in facilities management
- Certification in facilities management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
