      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for real estate projects
      - Oversee facilities activities and manage contractors to ensure adherence to plans and schedules
      - Facilitate and review bids, contracts, and project finances
      - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and financials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real estate project management
      - Strong project management skills, including planning and executing projects
      - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
      - Proficiency in project management software and tools
      - Willingness to travel regularly to project sites; must be located in the Portland, Oregon area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to deliver projects on budget and on time
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, construction management, architecture)
      - Experience in hybrid working efficiency
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
