What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance
- Train account personnel in proper cleaning techniques, grounds, and maintenance procedures
- Manage operations, implementation, and development of QA programs and monthly reports
- Collaborate with clients to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in implementing change strategies
- Valid driver's license and authorized to drive a company vehicle
