What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and systems
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Valid HVAC certification or equivalent training
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in related fields such as plumbing or electrical work
- Experience with energy management systems
- Familiarity with building automation systems
