What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support/coverage for the lead Receptionist and Facility and Events Coordinator
- Assist with daily support of the Espresso Bar and event logistics
- Deliver world-class service to both Associates and guests
- Uphold the Trademark Excellence of the Grande brand
- Manage highly confidential documents and situations with discretion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 Year Associate Degree in Administrative Assistance or related field preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of Customer Service experience required
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking abilities

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle and manage highly confidential documents and situations
- A mobile phone is required for this position
