  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform routine facility evaluations using architectural and engineering standards
  - Evaluate and report on the current conditions of major building systems
  - Conduct inventory of building components and identify deficiencies
  - Assist in the development of assessment findings reports and quality control processes
  - Communicate project status and schedules with the management team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field) with 1+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with prior co-op experience
  - Completion of the NCARB Intern Development Program is preferred
  - Fundamental knowledge of engineering and architectural design standards
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  - Ability to walk for long periods and climb ladders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience as an Architectural or Engineering Co-op Student
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  - Experience with project definition and planning
  - Knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application
  - Familiarity with UNIFORMAT II classifications for building specifications
