- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Oversee facility clearance processes and personnel security clearances.
- Conduct routine security education and training.
- Coordinate with government security representatives.
- Must have prior experience implementing a company security program.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Active or previous Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), NISPOM, and relevant federal statutes.
- Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or similar role.
- Experience in development and management of security programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with government security agencies.
- Certified Facility Security Officer (CFSO) certification.
- Proficiency with security management software.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this role is: $80,000 to $125,000. We may pay more or less than the posted range. Actual compensation packages are based on factors including skill set, experience, education, certifications, and work location.
