- Sit in interviews for applicants if requested
- Work closely with facility Human Resources Coordinator for smooth onboarding process
- Ensure minimal overtime is utilized
- Reach out to employees by phone to cover shifts if necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
- Friendly and clear communication skills
- Strong understanding of computer applications
- Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred
- Availability for on-call schedule changes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
