      Be on the technology and supply chain forefront for the Manufacturing and Operations team within Supply Chain Operations. As the regional Industrial Engineer and Operations Lead, you will engage directly and be co-located with our suppliers ensuring a high-quality operation. In partnership with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Data Center Operations, and your Operations peers you will manage the external manufacturers to meet the rapidly growing and changing demands of our customers while maintaining a high-quality operation. Success requires a well-rounded leader who can navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization, and capable of both strategic and deep tactical engagement as appropriate. You will need to be a self-starter, communicate effectively, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo.

      This role will require on-site interaction with our EM partners in the region. We are focused on bringing new products to market and sustaining high quality throughout the lifecycle in a way that exceeds customer expectations.

      US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

      8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

      Responsibilities

      • Analyze and evaluate production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
      • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, minimize waste, and streamline operations.
      • Work on integrating automation and new technologies into existing systems to improve productivity.
      • Collect and analyze data related to production, operations, and quality to identify trends and inefficiencies.
      • Develop cost-effective strategies for manufacturing processes, including resource allocation and inventory management.
      • Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and supplier relationships to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
      • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend improvements for facility design to optimize operational efficiency.
      • Work closely with departments like production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure alignment of objectives.
      • Act as a liaison between management and employees to promote operational improvements.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study
      • 5+ years of Industrial Engineering and operations leadership experience in an external manufacturing environment.
      • Familiarity with various process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
      • Ability to leverage statistical data analysis methods including analysis of experiments and statistical process control (SPC).
      • Familiarity with high tech system manufacturing processes.
      • End to End Supply Chain Operations experience through to installation at the customer site.
      • Attack problems analytically, outstanding business judgement, and an ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives.
      • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
