      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize various tools and systems to generate leads for a portfolio of clients
      - Support the sales process for each Outsourced Prospecting client as needed
      - Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned clients
      - Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on securing qualified appointments
      - Maintain and nurture relationships with assigned clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Excellent organizational skills
      - Ability to execute tasks effectively under ambiguous circumstances
      - Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and proactivity
      - Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Google Workspace (email, sheets, slides, and calendars)
      - Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and manage crises effectively
      - Track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving results
      - Strong communication skills across diverse settings and audiences
      - A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities
