      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use Factur's various tools & systems to generate leads for a book of Factur Clients
      - Support the sales process of each Outsourced Prospecting client as needed
      - Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects for each assigned Factur Client
      - Key Performance Indicator (KPI): qualified appointments for Factur Clients
      - Manage the relationship with assigned Factur Clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Action-oriented with a can-do attitude and ability to handle challenges
      - Strong drive for results and track record of exceeding goals
      - Customer-focused with the ability to build and deliver solutions that meet expectations
      - Effective communication skills in various settings and with diverse audiences
      - Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
      - Resilient and able to handle pressure and setbacks
      - Excellent organizational skills
      - Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google email, sheets, slides, and calendars) is a plus
      - Ability to execute tasks under ambiguous circumstances
      - Resourceful, proactive, and strong work ethic
      - High School Diploma
      - Prior Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior SDR experience in a similar role in the industrial services industry
