What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform e-learning instructional design and content development
- Research and develop faculty development trainings
- Facilitate small faculty focus group sessions
- Assist in managing the CTL website and regularly contribute to the CTL blog
- Administer and provide technical support for the LMS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated skills in e-learning instructional design and content development
- Proven online training/facilitation skills
- Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience in executive support or administrative management positions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multimedia experience related to teaching and learning
- Proficiency with Adobe Connect
- Experience with Camtasia, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
