What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist families over the phone, online, and via email throughout the cremation process
- Build a clear understanding of the employer’s products to effectively communicate their value
- Complete and file all necessary paperwork and permits accurately and efficiently
- Order death certificates promptly after a death is registered
- Handle sensitive situations with care, escalating problematic cases as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service to customers
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work from home
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with technology and able to assist families with online forms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the funeral industry is a plus
