      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with a small caseload of families involved with Child Welfare in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties
      - Provide skill building and parent coaching to families
      - Connect families to community resources to address safety threats and concerns
      - Attend team meetings and training sessions, including providing updates and progress reports to ODHS
      - Meet with families regularly to monitor progress and provide support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (additional education may substitute for years of experience)
      - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
      - Ability to walk up/down stairs and across uneven terrain for short to medium distances
      - Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in child welfare or social services
      - Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
      - Familiarity with community resources and support services
      - Bilingual abilities in English and another language
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
