      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the Customer Service & Training Team, managing the Case Review Unit and staff training
      - Ensure efficient operation of the team, including hiring and meeting staff training requirements
      - Develop and coordinate community outreach projects to enhance service delivery and relationships with partners
      - Assist with state and federal program audits and annual self-assessment functions
      - Represent the Division of Support Enforcement at various committees and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant education, training, and/or experience, including at least four (4) years in supervisory or organizational management roles
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Knowledge of applicable federal and state policies and procedures related to health and human services
      - Experience in managing employees effectively to produce results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with laws, rules, and regulations governing the Division of Support Enforcement & Recovery
      - Experience in community resource development and management
      - Ability to thrive in a changing organizational environment
      - Competence in organizational planning, monitoring, and evaluation techniques
