- Facilitate all external family needs through Teamworks platform. This includes but is not limited to communication with family members, creating invitations & signups for events, and managing the family roster.
- Responsible for all logistics pertaining to the Gameday Family Room and Childcare at home games. Will coordinate with third-party Childcare provider.
- Coordinate and oversee all Training Camp Open Practice family area needs.
- Responsible for all logistics pertaining to the Postgame friends & family area for players, coaches, & staff after home games.
- Support families with needs and issues that arise for both away and home games (i.e. Ticketing, parking, pregame access, and postgame access).
- Coordinate with the Community Relations department on player involvement with CR activities and events.
- Collaborate with New England Patriot’s alumni association to ensure that current players are aware of opportunities they will have with the New England Patriots after their retirement.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- College degree or equivalent
- Effective and timely communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and promptly resolve issues.
- Knowledge & experience with Teamworks preferred.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel out of state / country

SUMMARY
As the Family Services & Football Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the family needs of New England Patriots coach, player, and support staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with Community Relations as well as New England Patriots Alumni Association. This is a seasonal employment opportunity, commencing with Training Camp and ending immediately after the playing season.
